I use old fence siding pieces of wood that my neighbor gave me like 3/4" thick by 6 inchs wide

drive up on a ramp made about 3 or 4 thick to get the jack under the front end.

if you put some time into making a set of ramps it wouldnt cost much over all and could be customized to fit your car perfect.

Two sets of low ramps, the higher side depending on orientation of the drain plug.

I found some cheap ramps at a thrift store that I drive up on, before that I would do something similar to what exodus said but with just two 2x4s and then use the trunk jack to get it up a little bit, then the floor jack to get it up on jackstands

Use and oil extractor like I do for my e46s. You insert the tube where the oil dip stick goes and extract the oil, never have to get under the car = profit!

    Break oil pan on pebble.

Just refill it after you replace the pan.

Honestly though, just build step up boards out of some 4x2. Longest piece on the bottom, and work up from there, see below for side profile to get the idea.

Should realistically be able to give yourself 4-6" to get the jack under.

    Changing oil in low cars

What is your preferred method for draining the oil in a really low car? With a m50 swapped lowered e30, I had to custom make a super wide drain pan that could hold 6L of oil and still fit under the car.
Working...
