How to track down the original window sticker for my E30

Please help me with how to track the original window sticker down for my 1991 318is!!!
I have already found out from BMW north America that the original dealership was: Muncie BMW of IL and that they are no longer in business. After telling me that, I asked how to go about tracking the file down and producing another window sticker. The rep put me on hold for a couple minutes while checking with management and proceeded to tell me that they couldn't help me and had no way of pointing me in the right direction since the original selling dealership is no longer in business. I then asked for the VDC numbers in North America and she couldn't tell me or help me with that either. SO my question is, what now? Any help would be much appreciated as I am keeping her in my collection and have everything but the original sticker.
    Thank you for your help!

I doubt you could get a hold of that, or at least I've never heard of anyone being able to find those after the original sale.

This would be a great gig for our graphic designer minded folks to reproduce.

I think he may be picturing something similar to the system Ford has where you can "reprint" the original window sticker of past vehicles.

It's actually pretty cool, and wouldn't take much if you had access to the BMW dealer database somehow.

Yeah, I could easily do this if I had a fresh scan of a clean original window sticker and then the vin. I'm not going to responsible for printing though.

Ant, if you can get me that, I will help you. If you get them, send me a PM so I don't miss your post.

Thank you JasonC, but I don't see anywhere in the thread I started where there is this link you provided? I cannot track down that member of bimmerforums either for some reason.

these first two came from an '86 "e". apparently, there is no vin number on the sticker in this year

this one came from my '91 ix parts car. it sucks that someone went to the trouble to save this but did such a hack job of ripping it off the window. who would have thought that it cost almost 35k for an auto ix way back in 1991. 19/22 is pretty shitty fuel economy. i get almost 19 with my f350 diesel pickup.

i hope this helps. perhaps others with original stickers can post up. the image size i used was 1600x1200.

Link for ordering American documentation from BMW directly

Not sure what exactly they are sending you. Could be similar to what Porsche sends out.. From the classic site:

"Only if the origin of your classic is properly documented, its value can be determined. Here the BMW Classic helps certificate. This allows you to confirm the production and delivery data writing for your BMW classics or classic vehicles from the age of 20 years. In addition to this one-sided version of the certificate provides the BMW Group Archives also a double-sided version. This additionally contains all the technical data of your vehicle."

19/22 is pretty accurate. I averaged 21-22mpg in my ix when I used to DD it. If I babied the crap out of it I could eke out 24mpg, but that had me hating driving. Not worth it. Now I average around 15mpg in it, hahaha.

1600x1200 (1.9m pixels) is kind of mediocre resolution, I was hoping for something at least 3000x4000 (12m pixels.)
