How to track down the original window sticker for my E30

I just want to know what sub-compact managed to achieve only 9 MPG in the city in 1986?

Not sure what exactly they are sending you. Could be similar to what Porsche sends out.. From the classic site:
"Only if the origin of your classic is properly documented, its value can be determined. Here the BMW Classic helps certificate. This allows you to confirm the production and delivery data writing for your BMW classics or classic vehicles from the age of 20 years. In addition to this one-sided version of the certificate provides the BMW Group Archives also a double-sided version. This additionally contains all the technical data of your vehicle."

these first two came from an '86 "e". apparently, there is no vin number on the sticker in this year
this one came from my '91 ix parts car. it sucks that someone went to the trouble to save this but did such a hack job of ripping it off the window. who would have thought that it cost almost 35k for an auto ix way back in 1991. 19/22 is pretty shitty fuel economy. i get almost 19 with my f350 diesel pickup.
