    LED Bar wiring

    Hows it going team.
Anybody have an idea on how to install an LED bar on the e30. I follow a couple of guys on instagram and they have it mounted on to roof rack.... I was wondering if maybe some drilling was needed or is there a way to tuck the wiring?

Team? Um ok lol. You're wanting a light bar, so I guess you are into off-roading. What kind of chassis do you have your e30 on?

Best way I've seen is to plug the wiring into the harness next to the ecu for lighting accessories. As far as a wire tuck.......I've seen people drill holes in the roof to run the wires into the cabin. If you use some type of grommet it looks really clean.

I'm going out on a limb to take a wild ass stab in the dark guess: you are still in high school?

The reason no one can help you is due to the fact no one has done it. The reason why is because everyone except you is aware of how completely stupid(in a special ed kind of way) this is.

If you insist on being a pathfinder, at least put it behind the grill. That way you will only look closet ghey instead of freddie mercury ghey.

A side benefit is that your "modification" is reversable and someone will still be willing to buy your car when you get tired of it, little boy.

I think it looks pretty sweet, but not going to bite somebody's style.

What's the purpose though? If it were night time rally, I get it, but that car hasn't seen dirt in a long time.

                          It's basically fuhraze/rice.

You guys are insane !!!! The feed back ..... So taken .... Lol it's for a rally project guys.... So quick to judge . The forum life had definitely affected some daily life's here. E.L.E.
Im part of a very "ELITE",I must say, rally club up in San Marcos ,Tx. I understand the wiring diagram . I needed some some info/ideas based of other people's experience on how the wiring that comes from the LED bar could be routed with out drilling holes on the top ? Or if there is no way past that .... If not I would obviously have to resort to putting in I front .....
