True. A Volvo 740 Turbo Wagon in stock form has comparable performance numbers.

Go ahead and google it if you don't believe me!
If it's got tits or tires, it's gonna cost ya!

I wouldn't call them slow. They're very well balanced and fun to drive, the engine is basically half of the 928 V8.

The straight line acceleration might be comparable to the Volvo Turbo, but when you got to the first turn it would be the last you saw of the Volvo.

They are definitely great drivers cars although my experience is only with the 951 which has a lot more power. I will agree that im not so sure about the milage being accurate on that car. Its definitely had a respray and why does it hve a different color driver seat

It's all about the driver.. I've maneuvered some miles in a 940 turbo you wouldn't understand. Don't forget about the "stomp and go" differential..

Yeah, definitely a respray. Probably why it looks so good.

Buy it and enjoy it, just hope it doesn't need a clutch soon they are pia to do. Also since it's getting up in age Porsche doesn't stock quite as many parts as BMW did/does. And Porsche charges more for parts.
