GOT INTO AN ACCIDENT LAST NIGHT!

So after the University at Buffalo basketball game (we won) I was pulling around this road (it turns 90 degrees left, then passes the police station and alumni) and some guy was coming towards the bend the other way in a 97 cavalier. he did a u turn into a driveway. as I was pulling around the turn, he started going in reverse. I thought he was gonna back into the road and hit me, so I honked the horn and braked. then he stoped, and took the car out of reverse.

So I go to get going again, and he just mashes on the gas and goes left. I brake and honk, he hits me in the rear pass side. fucked up his corner light and fender, (think his bumper was ok, it was plastic unpainted) and the paint around the rim of my rear wheelwell is all scraped off. got his info, I'll call tomorrow

it's always bad to hear all the accidents...good that it's his fault and you go the info. From what you said it doesn't sound like there is much damage so you are lucky in that way.

and the guy just called me, he tried to blame it on me! so his insurance just called me, i explained it to them, sounds like they agree with me that he is at fault. one of their claims adjustors is coming to look at it tomorrow

Buffalo U? Their football team is one of the worst 5 in division 1 football. Anway, back on subject. I got backed into by a sushi salesman, but it did no damage besides scratch the black strip on my rear bumper.
