If you are buying a new car its MORE then worth the price. The Magazine is ok, its a nice to have but I dont care as much. I do like the chapter adds, the Windy City one is particularly strong.
Between my M3 and my X5 I have received a total of $1500 from BMW CCA, it has more then paid for itself.Comment

The LA Chapter is actually quite active with events to appeal to wide range of enthusiasts. Most recently they were involved with Bimmerfest, and in a few months they'll be very involved with Octoberfest.
A few years back, I wondered what LA Chapter had to offer me, a guy with an "older model BMW," and no track or show car experience. I decided that getting involved was the best way to find out. Years later, and I have had opportunities to learn driving fundamentals, show off my cars alongside some of the best BMWs in SoCal and beyond, and meet awesome enthusiasts.
The LA Chapter has also been instrumental in drawing attention to that "older model BMW" I own by sponsoring and partnering with Dorkfest, an annual event that I organize along with other M/Z3 coupe enthusiasts. The CCA made this happen a couple years back at Octoberfest, and we're looking forward to doing it again this year.
