All BMW tech's I need an opinion about Dealership pay for a starting tech?

    I work for a small shoe company, www.stubbsandwootton.com. They cater to the rich here in WPB as well as in NYC and Southampton, cheapest regularly priced pair of shoes is $260. Yeah, I'm still in college.

        I work at HC BMW in Boston right now. I flag about 45 hours a week. A kid that graduated step at my shop makes $18 right now.

                most of the time you dont make much more on jobs. the people who make crazy hours are either doing something wrong or saying they did a job when they didnt. i average 55/60 hours ina 40 hour week with no comebacks and a good CSI.

                    The shop I work at some guys flag from 60-100hrs/week.
                    100hrs/week includes saturdays which is usually all gravy!
