Turns out that Panjo was bought up by Tapatalk late 2017. Panjo's use to list personal on their website, but that is gone. So I assumed everyone was fired, and they got the tech, and contracts. I can only assume Tapatalk is going to try to start taking a percentage of online forum sales at some point.
