I thought I had a bad motor mount... Gremlins strike again!

Well after my diff mount failure I thought I was done with broken metal mounting points. I mean I'v owned close to 5 e30s and never have I seen even one broken mounting point.
Well I found this today after checking on what I thought would be a bad engine mount.
Good thing I already have everything I need to fix it. But SHIT! I don't want to spend my weekend doing this shit.

Thats what I am wondering now. The shocks, all 4 of them, are sooooooooooooo blown too. I thought it was because they were old, but now Im thinking its because this guy abused the shit out of this car.

That happened to me like 5 years ago. I only noticed because my pan was resting on my skidplate lol.

Reinforced with AKG stuff now haha.

Front subframe is a real weakness in these cars.

my 87- broken motor mount area and ear.
            84- cracked subrame ear.
85- broken sway bar mounts on both sides.
