modifiede30-correct. The left rod is the 325i rod and it is longer to make up for the shorter stroke throw, so that the piston travel up to the same height as the eta motor in the m20 block. Yes it does help with the rod stroke ratio but I was looking for the due to the crank stroke. Ask away modifiede30. In 1988, BMW made the "super eta". What components of the m20/b27 super eta cylinder head are different than a standard m20/b25 head?Driving is the only way to go faster....
