1984 318i. Floors rusted out, replaced them with carboard and fiberglass, amongst many other problems. Fun car to drive. When the gauge lights went out, I used a flaslght to figure out how fast I was going.

My first car was a '68 Camaro. I've replaced pretty much everything at on the car just to keep it running (which its currently not.)

1988 nissan sentra, bought at age 14 with ugly white paint (someone had done a horrible respray) and no exhaust for $400.

Bought a stock muffler system in all of its 1.5" of glory. Painted it metallic green, with 15" chrome rims and matching green centercaps. Metallic tint, walmart sounds, nice seat covers.
Looking back (I knew nothing about cars at the time) I think the rims were for a vw (35 offset) and they rubbed slightly when my car was fully loaded.

Every week I would take off the rims and wash them inside and out with a toothbrush and toothpaste. I kept that car so clean it was amazing. New metallic paint, chrome tint, and chrome rims that sit perfectly flush = sharpest sentra I've ever seen.

With the gutless 4 banger and auto tranny, I bought my e30 (blown motor) a couple months before I turned 16, and had it running a few months after I turned 16. Ran my sentra for about 2-3months total before I sold it.

Sickening how I was able to buy paint, sounds, and interior (all very cheap, for a cheap car) for a crappy sentra, yet I've had my e30 for 4 years and have JUST gotten rims, badly need paint, and a whole slew of other things.

First car was a baby-blue '85 GMC S-15 pickup. I ran that thing ragged, it was fun.

                              Wow, I feel almost old...

1975 Cadillac Coupe De Ville - 500 cubic inches, and a velour back seat big enough to, well, stay busy. Second car was a '73, with a 472ci. I don't think either of them got better than 8 mpg, but man, the torque!!!

                              190k miles and still rolling!

bought it for $700, took it to tijuana and got the paint and interior done for another $500. Put some pirellis on a set of bottlecaps and had fun!

                                Awesome first car.
