Im glad we are all so sensitive.

But yeah... I hate when I underestimate the strength of a tree when taking shortcuts.

                  +1...

It is mildly funny (not necessarily in the I lol'ed way) that it seems that every wreck that is found or causes fatality is in some serious high HP car at the hands of some meat head who really didn't understand what was going on or thought he was better that he was clearly was. It also seems to be more porsche/ferarri/lamo/AMG/ or new m cars only - somehow corvettes made it out of this bunch. Some argue that if it were kids in 1988 bmw's no one cares so it doesn't get reported - but it seems that most all r3v's that i see with bimmers are fender benders/small fuckups that really aren't life threatening. In fact, I can only remember one serious e30 accident with a guy in a red e30 m3 that bassically got split in half.

Now as i say this, i knock on wood for the e30 community.

I hit a pole dead on at 55 mph+ in my Blazer K5, so I an very much sympathize with his situation. Sucks, alot. Tho I walked away from mine with a concussion, minor knee injury, whiplash, etc. Still hurt like a mother tho. The truck was pretty much done, too.

That sucks. The driver may have had a family waiting for him/her to return home...
