Assuming that it's an eta I would say get a JC Chip for it (or MarkD if he makes an eta chip).

From what I've been told that driving an eta before and after a chip upgrade the difference is like night and day.

You are correct. I have an 87 eta with the turner chip and it is very nice:D

Seconded. The Jim C chip in my car was the best money I've spent on my car yet. Turns an eta into a much more powerful engine.

ive heard of a flywheel upgrade helping. Since the eta flywheels weigh a ton.

Also, an 'i' exhaust swap, and 'i' intake swap. Don't know what kind of hp you'll gain, but I've heard swapping these 'i' components frees things up. Or, you can go further and drop in an 'i' camshaft (requires machining of the head for oil journals) and 'i' valve springs, and i think motronic 1.3.

chip, cat delete, not sure if a 027 afm on an eta works but maybe, 19lb injectors and custom exhaust...the piping on the i and eta motors are different it won't just bolt up

"eta" is the e in 325e. 325's came in two different models, the i and the e. Basically the i is the more sporty version of the 325 while the e is the economy, better gas mileage version. The only difference in the two is the motor. The i came with a higher revving, higher compression 2.5L with more HP and less torque while the e came with a low revving, lower compression 2.7L motor with less HP and more torque. The i motor is the M20B25 and the e is the M20B27.

them 19 pound mustang injecters will not work. as for they are hi impedance and the motronic on eta's work with low impedance injecters.

I was up above it, Now I'm down in it ~ Entropy - A Build thread.

You can use e28 M5 injectors IIRC.
