short video of an M42 I tuned

Hi everyone. I haven't been around here for some months as I've been busy with a contract which requires me to be at the client's location, and I get home late now.

If you would like to see a short video of an M42 I tuned remotely for metric mechanic, go here http://www.metricmechanic.com/ and you can d/l the video.

I was going to post the specs in the original post, but when I went to find them (looked for an email from Court at Metric Mechanic where he sent the spec) I couldn't find it. I couldn't even locate the email fro mthe owner of the car.

I remember that the displacement is now 2150 cc, the CR around 11.5:1, and it has 21# injectors. I'll contact Court at metric mechanic and check if this correct, or maybe I'll get the owner of the car to post in the thread.

First test drive? I'd hope it was broken in prior to this video.

The guy who owns the car was a big producer of most of the content over on m42club.com. Febi Guibo I believe. Good guy with alot of knowledge.

metric mechanic breaks in their motors before giving them to the customer..

it also doesn't take nearly as long as people think.

That's not the name I know him by so the person you mention is probably someone else. His first name is Sam. But then "Febi Guibo" sounds like a board name.

Yeah it was his board name, never met him personally or caught his real name.

                        2291 E30 318iS, M42 91 octane, 7100 rpm

                        Is this Sam's/Febi's setup?

                        Otherwise not for stock setup?

No he has a special chip developed for his Metric Mechanic motor, it's not on my site.
