I hate to say it, but I don't see a happy end in sight for this. From what I've read, Bobby did manage to get in contact via email with him a few weeks back. He knows about the situation, told Bobby that supposedly he's doing fine, and still hasn't done anything to rectify it. I hope he doesn't expect to be able to just show back up here and smooth things over. He's screwed a lot of people, and a lot of long time members out of a lot of parts and money, including moderators and one of our owners. I may not know the full story here, but I know that it seems like nothing is being done on his part to fix this.

Well, I for one am still going to see if it can be rectified. Better late than never. Sometimes life happens and gets in the way of a lot of things. I hope Scott will try to make things right . . .

This is the second thread that I've read where somebody has taken money and has refused to deliver as promised or explain for himself why he hasn't shipped the goods. Also, this is the second thread where the seller's buddies have come to the seller's defense by using terms such as 'stand-up guy', 'life happens', 'a good guy', etc - your heart is in the right place, but come on, the seller's actions completely contradict these sentiments. If the guys is honorable, he would have done the right thing months ago, and, if guy has the time to log onto his myspace account, he has the time to quell the fears of members whom have sent him money.

Why am I posting even though I have nothing at stake, you may ask? I would like to buy stuff from people on this forum, but with the recent turn of events, I am not inclined to do so. Covering up a rip-off doesn't lend to the credibility of some members, either - I'm not saying you guys are thieves, but your willingness to minimize the severity of these events makes me think twice...

No, I am not insinuating that anyone is conspiring agianst forum members, but I am curious why you would post that you think he is a good guy if not to exonerate his name. I have never met Scott, and I hope that if I hit hard times that I would be cut some slack, but the fact that this guy is on myspace but wont come here to clear up his business is very confusing.
