Yeah it doesn't sound like anything is being covered up, they are working to get the parts/money since apparently some shit happened. You don't want to buy stuff here? Ok, then go to ebay and deal with those stand up people.

I meant a 'cover up' of the guy's character (or lack of)... sorry to be so harsh, but I too have been burned and it sucks. As for the eBay remark, why so defensive? I would expect more from the BMW / E30 community than anyone on eBay.
