        I run those plugs as well... I won't say I've noticed a day and night difference, but I will say I haven't had any issues running them. Never had the chance to fall victim to the platinum plug.

            Really guys this is all anecdotal, i ran platinum (NGK) plus in my S14 for many miles and never had any problems at all and that’s in an engine which would foul the plugs if its restarted twice in the space of a few minutes.

              The twin cam motors can run platinums; but for the most part the older motors hate them. A few people say they never notice a difference but most of them will hate platinums. Platium plugs are the first thing I look for when I get a single cam car in that's running a little rough.

              I think your S14 is a twin cam.........maybe
