did anyone catch the GT race on Sunday. id never see the day that a Cadillac would dominate the field. one two finish and one them came from last place to get sec. but thos do have that Z06 engine

It wasn't much of a race at all. The caddys are essentially de-tuned ACO GT-LM spec cars, almost a tube framed chassis, with the motors mounted nearly 2 feet back from stock location. GM has been given tons of allowances on those cars.

PTG is running in the Grand Am series now. Tom said that basically the rules were becoming so tough on them that their cars wouldn't be able to compete. From the sound of things it was basically Porshe pushing the rules. Milner didn't have too many kind words for the series officials either when I was at PTG a couple months ago.
