Hey guys thanks to all who replied. Cautious as I was I was still anxious to own this car- basically just becasue of the prestige of this car. I have now come to my senses, I cant handle this car yet, and a regular production model E30 will have to do lol thank you.

Ha Ha thats my car, I cant belive you thought it had Alpina pieces on it, if it did it would not be so cheap, BTW Mike keeder my e30 m3 is the cheapest running and driving m3 advertised for sale around the internet. It may not look like much but the potential is definetly there.

M3's are the Mopar Barracuda of the euro cars. I can't believe how much they are going up in value. When i turned 16 (6 years ago) there was several e30 M3's for sale in Cali near me for 8k.

Why are you selling so cheap. I have not seen any pcitures but by the parts list on S14 seems the car is worth more. What is the real deal.

I've never considered doing an ROI analysis for a vehicle. Truthfully I've always considered any money spent on a vehicle to be mostly a loss with little return on the sale. Personally I would prefer letting the money sit in well diversified stocks and funds.

I guess if you can find a rare care for a steal, then maybe you've got an investment?

I started modding my 540 wagon because I was soooo in love with the dang thing and thought I'd never sell her, so no 'loss' perse...
