    Pick my front end

I'm trying to decide what front to go with my car. An M3 front bumper was included with the sale of my car but its still coming over from Germany. The more I think about it the less I want to make an M3 look-alike though, so I have been exploring front lip options. Should I go with:

    Rieger Cup:

    Hartge:

    M3 front with velocity splitters:
    84
    Rieger Cup
    55.95%
    47
    Hartge
    13.10%
    11
    M3 OEM
    30.95%
    26

    RISING EDGE

Let's drive fast and have fun.

    I think this is hot.

I'm just gonna say it, I hate M3 look alikes. I think it's the gayest thing ever. You're making yourself look like a big fucking poser.

Well, in this case I wouldn't care if it would be 'poseur'-the factory M-Technic front bumper (note it was not just M3's that this bumper came on in Europe) looks so much better than what you just posted as choices. And believe me-I am generally very much against making non-M cars look like one, but on an E36, well I guess it just doesn't matter as much to me.

I voted for the m3 front bumper. Not because I think you should make it an m3 lookalike, but more so because I just like the m3 front bumper. I HATE the e36 m3 side skirts, though...

Go with the Rieger. Everyone with an E36 has the M3 front end, and if you put that on, your car will look more played out than you were afraid it would with the M3 CSL wheels. And that Hartge one is just gay looking, how it sticks way out on the sides. Looks like some wanna-be DTM style shit.

I'd say Rieger Cup for a more original look, but if it were me and I already had an M3 bumper laying around then I'd just save my money and use the M3 bumper.

                    I say M3 bumper.

In 94 they had a M-Technic 325i, and in 99 they had a M-Technic front bumper on the 328is with the Motorsport moldings. So it is not unheard of to have an M-Technic bumper on a non-M vehicle.

I was just thinking though, the M3 front end looks really good on 4-doors, I've actually always really like 4-door E36 M3's. But I still vote for the Rieger.

I would really like the Hartge if it didn't stick out on the sides like it does.

+1. I vote Reiger, it's unique and doesn't look like a copy, but Jonathan has a point about what you already have, it'd be less trouble.

I don't get it... with the exception of the E30 and E46 M3, the bodies have basically been the same, standard or ///M. Most of the time the ///M body parts were available to anyone as an option because they look cool and the serve a purpose!

Am I poser if I put an M5 air dam and spoiler on my E28? How about an early M Technik air dam and spoiler on my 6 series? I don't mind the M3 body work on a non ///M E36, it makes them look great! I vote for the factory M3 stuff, or the Rieger stuff.
