One day I decided to run from the cops.
I had a HUGE jump on him so I was all in the clear. Except I didn't let off the gas around a turn that I usually do ( and even when i do the rear end always slips due to the angle and such of the turn) and my rear end slipped out. I counter steered but i was in such a panic that i forgot to let off the gas.

The car ran up a STEEP ass embankment. I thought the car was toast underneath. Everything turned out fine, even my alignment. I was very lucky considering that was the ONLY spot on that whole road where my front end wouldn't be crushed against a vertical hill.

Being patted down and arrested wasn't fun though.

I'll get pictures of where i crashed some time. Its pretty amazing no damange was done except scratches.

            Hell no.

But since I got such a HUGE jump on him, I didn't have a chance to see his lights turn on. Therefore I will be getting out of the fleeing the cops ticket

I guess that’s what I get for being to careful and watching out for cops. Passed an intersection going a little to fast, turned my head... OH FUCK.. gunned it
I would have never tried what I did if I had not noticed him at first sight

shit. i was a dumbass like you were once. going like 60 in a 45 with a buddy and cop going opposite direction. i come out from behind the guy to the front left of me and i think "oh shit" and one second later, lights and he goes to pull a u-turn.

lets say its the fastest i have ever driven through a neighborhood i never drove through before. no damage though.

I flicked a Highway Partolmen off before going over a railroad track. Saw him turn on the lights and u-turn. I shut all my lights off went into this loading docks parking lot and stopped with the e-brake.

Thanks for the correction. Mine isn't an auto and I did this when I had my audi which also was a stick. Dad told me to do that because he had a buddy that got caught because he kept his foot on the brake after racing from the police.

                              Hence why they ran...

                              Albany has a meth problem.

The only time I ever outran a cop was when I was on the interstate and I happened to see my buddy in the lane beside me and we started racing. One of us would pass the other and we kept going back and forth until we passed a cop sitting behind a tree. By this time we were up to about 90 MPH. I saw the cop then I looked at the speedo and I said, "Oh golly!" (well thats not what I really said) I made a mad dash for the next exit ramp hoping that I could get to the shopping center parking lot and I could exit the vehicle before the cop could catch me getting out of the car. He turned his lights on but I figured that I was far enough away from him where I could use the "I didn't know that I was getting pulled over" defense should that come up. I casually got out of my car acting "natural" as 2 cop cars circled the parking lot. (lights flashing and everything) Either they couldn't find my car or it was just a coincidence that there were 2 other cops at that location on another matter.

Turning the ignition to the off position works too because it shuts down all of the electrical systems including the brake lights. You can still safely brake and steer because there is still is still enough boost left in the brake system to get at least one more power assisted stop. And even though the power steering stops working, the wheel does not actually lock until the key is removed.
