    interesting to say the least.
i wonder if it'll warp or do anything weird once you leave 'em on for a while.
Oh btw why did you block off the adjuster screw?

only the top hole is the adjuster
the lower hole holds the housing to the bracket.

          long term

i know it will yellow because its so close to the light, i gotta make the next one with another washer styler one to get it farther away, but the little sticker at home depot said it was 20x stronger than glass, so maybe it wont pit so much? but ill put it on asap. with my Sylvania H3's and we will see how it goes, im really happy with how it looks, maybe when you get all nosy and shit you will see its not perfect. but it might look pretty good. besides no one around here knows shit about e30's so ill probably be alright : )

I really hate to bash different things, but that looks horrid. Especially for the cost. I bought a 6' by 3' sheet of plexiglass for like $12. I could make like 35 of them for that price. Plus, I see complete used fog light assemblies in decent condition on ebay for ~$50 all the time.

Just sayin, not the best option if you were trying to save money...

If you want to make it looks reasonable, you could LIGHTLY scuff the surface so you can't see through it, as if nothing was there (like it is now).

the whole outline is horrible because of the rotozip tool.

I'd just take them out at that point, but you should get a merit badge for building some yourself!

Hey just as another option, you can get fog light blanks, just a plastic cover that goes over the opening. It's a factory part, I think under $15 each side. Looks nice, too.
