          Fuck!

I just got a call from the shop. They can't access the two bolts in the back of the oil pan because of the transmission angle. They removed the tranny and now have to remove the flywheel because they still can't access the bolts.

The total cost is gonna be $800 at this point. Fucking A. All because some fucking moron left a worthless car part in the road.

Is there anyway I can hold the city of Tempe liable?

I still don't see how they have to remove the tranny and flywheel to access these bolts, but it's not like I can make it down to the shop and look myself. I'd think they were taking me for a ride if it wasn't a shop I trust.

              Fucking A. $800.

well assuming that your setup is identical at the stock e36 with manual trans, the e36 doesn't need to take out the gerabox and flywheel to get the pan, you have to take out..the main bright of the suspension in the front a suspend the engine with a jack

Probably they are laying youto get more money
take a look at their shop man!! is stolen you!!!

hahahaha WOW you have never been to NYC, the worlds capital for patholes

Eric dont worry stuff like that happens, i know how you feel, every time i break or damage something on my car i get pissed and feel like selling my car, so let the car sit off at the mechanic for a few days, then sit and drive it again, and you'll change your mind about selling it

BTW; your insurance is high but mine is $4800 a year and thats only liabilty, that's why i had to put it on my fatehrs name, so i pay $2000

tell the guy who said that they have to drop the trnny and flywheel that they are absolute morons..I have swapped my oil pan 3 times and never, i mean NEVER, had to drop the tranny. tell em' that you won't pay for it. bring em the bently and say, LOOK MORONS, YOU DON"T HAVE TO DROP THE TRANNY!. and then punch them in the face. thats the only way to get justice with scam artist mechanics.

NONE HAVE YOU HAVE BEEN TO BOSTON HAVE YOU???
