I dont think you got hosed for $3500. An item is only worth what someone is willing and able to pay for it. KBB might have said $6000 but if you had no takers after 3 months and you were determined to get the car sold you got exactly what you wanted out of the deal. Getting what you want and/or expect is more important than attempting to get what someone else got. Liking the car is a main contributing factor to consider when making a purchase and if this put you in position to get what you wanted, then it was a good deal for both parties.Comment
