Euro M30 almost done!! a few pics...

There is a dyno opening in Snata Barbara soon, but worst case there is one 45 min south of here. I plan to dyno it after 1500 miles or so and see if I met my goal.
The car runs great right now and the ending is strong, if anyone in socal needs an M30, mine stock one is FOR SALE. I will have video of it running for an e-bay auction, its really sweet.

I wish I could get an M-Tech kit.. I LOVE how they look... I will probably finish tucking the bumpers and have them powdercoated black, and just leave it at that. I plan to paint the car this summer so it will look nice and clean...

haha, lachs on the block would have been cool, but probably wouldn't be too good with the aluminum head and covers all raw.
I got a lot done today, but I came up short on a few parts (like the crank nut) and some bolts/brackets. Everything is on order, and this just sets me back a bit. I need to get the motor done next week before friday, then its going to sit around for a while until I get a few days to install it.

How much do you want for the M30 motor? I live in Orange County.

$450 and its yours. Its a strong runner, doesn't burn any oil (though it leaks a little from the tensioner housing, and I have the crush washer to fix it). It would be the long block, an E34 oil pan (which is needed for the E30 swap anyway), flywheel and intake manifold will be included.

DTMDamage drives a 1987 E28 535i with euro bumpers, original E46 M3 wheels, H&R sport springs, racing dynamic sway and stress bars, bilstien sports, Split second MAF fuel to air ratio controls, BavAuto exhaust and a big ass intake. Not a E30. He's a good friend.

Oh yeah, his VR6 Corrado is pretty cool too. Handles like a go kart
