gas here was $2.30 for premium at costco, which is generally the cheapest second only to AMPM. cost me $33.00 to fill up, an increase of 10% since last time :(

btw, 4-door IX is available in another flavor: it's called an Audi Quattro 90 20V or V6.
      Trust me......look into it. http://www.20v.org/ 20Vers have a good following. (4 valves per cylinder x inline 5 ~ same power as 325i)
it's also 250lbs heavier, which according to the website you linked to makes it slower (except for top speed), and take longer to stop. it gets .02g more than the ix on the skid pad, but skid pad tests aren't usually comparible. Lastly it's 3% more front heavy than the ix 88 (58%/42% vs 55%/45%) (later ixs were lighter, later Audis gained like 100lbs!). I guess if the only thing you care about is looks, the Audi is a pretty sharp looking car. Later Audis are much better performers. An S4 1.8t would be pretty fun to tune..

Won't stop till the Fed's put a stop to price gouging. But it's due to light sweet crude being at an all time high for like ten years per a barrel.

The Feds will most likely try and put some pressure on OPEC so our Economy doesn't tank like it did with the 78-80 time frame where inflation skyrocketed. It looks like it is headed that way and interest rates are about to go up so think now boys.

Credit cards could jump back to 24% again, ecks.

It already hit that mark here. I paid $2.69/gal for 91 octane in San Francisco this past Saturday when my reserve light came on.

I have a Nissan Pathfinder, and I cant afford shit cause it all goes into my tank. 40 bucks a fill up on regular @ 1.89 a gallon. I think Id have to sell her if it ever gets up to 2.25 or something. [/i]

I drove by a 76 that was 2.65 today for 91 octane in Redmond today, I then drove another mile to another 76 that was 2.25 a gallon for 91 octane!

Lesson here? Drive far away from the freeway to get gas..

Listen guys, fill up early and often when prices are rising, fill up late and rarely when they fall. I bet you buy high and sell low too.
