Check out this suspension set up

Did some previous searching and didn't find any threads about this yet so I hope it's not a repost. But I found this on e30tech browsing around. Minus the wire wheels and a few touches on the car(gold kidneys...ugh) I think this look is pretty cool, especially when it's completely dumped out. Wheel tuck gets me hard. I'm looking at it from a strictly aesthetic point, not really considering the handling aspects. But here be the pics.

I mean come on, you can go from stock e30 height to dumped in a matter of seconds

    3 wheel motion, lol

Also is this a bagged setup or hydros, I'm fairly unfamiliar with either setup. But I'm kinda diggin' it, I'd never put it on my car, but strictly for looks? pretty cool IMO...

It looks good, especially the hard lines. Clean car - the South Side equivalent of an R3V'd E30. Put some codeine cough syrup in your 7-11 fountain drink and go sippin'. Ho's in the back.

I wonder what this specific sort of styling is referred to on the other side of the pond?

Video of this car HERE and HERE .

Was posted here about a year ago and I belive MikeEdler evan took pics of it a show once .

They just refer to it as the "Low Rider" style over there .

And that car is NOT using Bags of any sort .
Its on straight cylinders but those rounded things on either sides of the instal are accumulators and they give the suspension some "give" so its not as harsh a ride as normally .

Thanks for clarifying, after seeing the vids it's cooler than I previously thought. The man apparently has a love for the DRE

yeah, I used to be a judge at the lowrider shows here in germany after I won a few years(i was the european lowridermiester/ for the heavyweight cars). That car was at the show 2 years ago, a VERy nice guy too. the car was immaculately clean and moved really nice too. Not what i would do to an E30, but very nice

The setup is from a european truck rear dump for the tailgate. My buddy that did the airbag installl in my truck with me sells those kits over here.

the 4 handles, cut off the accumulators, to make the car move even faster.

It is an M10 race machine, and has some VERY nice pinstriping work on it

i think the gold kidneys was a option, ive seen some 318's like that with the 318 emblem in the back done gold also.

I was up above it, Now I'm down in it ~ Entropy - A Build thread.

I'd rock that all day long - love it. It would fit right in here in town.
