I guess some people have more patience then me. If someone smashed through my fence onto my deck, killed my cat, got out, and I found out they were drunk, I'd rip their fucking face off. If I somehow controlled myself, and found out they didn't have insurance, I'd sue to the extent of the law. This asswipe could have taken out a family in a back yard BBQ or something.
