Is this ignition wire harness cover rare? I'm looking at the cone-shaped piece that extends from the distributor plugs to the long thin ignition wire cover on the VC. I can't find a part number anywhere, and I've seen it on very few M20's.

Just saw this cover yesterday on a 4400 mile (!!) 87 E30 convertible. I guess it's part of the OEM spark plug wire set. Yours definitely looks better I think.

that intake is fantastic! only thing that is wierd is why didn't they put the throttle in the center...

I think the Alpina intake has no real hp/tq gain. On the e21 Alpina B6 2.8 they used a a stock intake. Alpina designed the intake and other parts that went with it from 1984-87. I 1988 and up they went back to to stock b35 intake. Hartge was telling their customers they used stock BMW parts off the shelves.

The Alpina intake will have hp gains in my Alpina B6 3.5 turbo tribute.:D

I don't think Alpinas were ever made in 16x8, pretty sure your looking for 16x7

are you sure 16x8 didn't exist? there was a staggered set for sale here, thought they're 5x120

They are genuine Alpina Wheels, staggered with the fronts measuring 16x7 inches and the rears 16x8 inches. The front wheels have an offset of et11 and the rears et24. They are stamped 7Jx16h2 and 8jx16h2 and have a bolt pattern of 5x120
