Not super rare but not seen every day.

Italvolati formal 3 spoke wheel with 3 horn buttons instead of 2 seen on most.

Needs a re wrap then will go on my slicktop. I got big plans for that little car. No more m42 :)

This is such a great looking car. These photos, of all iterations, mods... just sexy. That is all.

Those are extremely rare in europe, maybe they did produce a lot of cars with pop outs, both there's not many sets of these left.
And yes, they're green tinted, the us ones came without tint as I understand it.
I don't see many early E30's over here without pop outs, they weren't desireable at one point, so a lot of them got thrown out, as did a lot of Startec and MHW's in the 90's-2000's.
But now everyone over here wants them, so prices are sky high (For the ones with tint that is).
Brown tint is extremely rare over here, so not many with that color, most have green.

Yes they did. Don't think I ever noticed an early car with out em. NO AC why would you trap the occupant in a HOT car without airflow.

I guess its rare because, its green tinted and with chrome, from pre-FL.
Mostly with chrome was clean or brown tinted from pre-FL.
