This has to have been pointed out at some point but its new to me. I love that little odd things like this pop up once in a while.

Early taillight covers, with a peep hole! I imagine its to help light up your trunk at night????

Yeah mine had them. And along with the dual lights in the trunk lid, it's nice and bright in there at night!

        Sweet.

You know, theres a place for a third light underneath, too! Between the seal and the torsion bars.

Some Alpina bits, learned about these yesterday when a friend brought them in.....

            M30 Alpina head

Hemi'd dome, prone to cracking between the valves

            Matching concave valves...

M30 300' Alpina Cam (note the Alpina triangle stamp)

Apparently on the e9 and tii had the same solid rotors and calipers. This kit was available through the Alpina catalogue to run vented rotors (from the 2002 Turbo). Simply add the spacer, longer bolts and viola! Vented brakes!

                              Have one available

The OEM gas tanks MAY still be available from BMW, per a hint from Blunt. I have one available for sale in brand-new condition, still in original box. Taking offers.
