    I'd bet that it's over 50-60k at this point.

    15k on the motor
    11.5 to buy the car
    3k for sport evo aero
    1k for srd's
    1k for sport evo wheels...
    2.5k for airbox and maxx
    1k for spa guages
    etc.


    I have modified so much shit on this car, I seriously can't remember all that I have done without looking at records.

    I spent $4.5k on suspension alone...

    Wheels, race rubber another 1.5-2k

    M3 diff 40% lock up $800

    Exhaust $600

    Battery 200

    etc.
    plus the other stuff
    headlights
    hounds tooth (probably for sale)
    Reiger Lip x2 iS lip x1
    Top end rebuild...
    i really dont wanna think about the rest it at the moment..

    On this current E30, I'd probably estimate about close to $5k. I assume this thread doesn't include the purchase price of the car.

    About 5k. Well worth it IMHO. I now have a very reliable car with A/C, great handling and a unique car.

    Initial price for the car was low so, it allowed me to do the necessary maintenance and upgrades.

    damn, uhh... ~$15K rite now, but motor isnt done being built yet, so im probably going to be sitting at around $17K not including the cost of my car, or stereo/alarm, or wheels...wheres the $20K+ option??

    I am at roughly 40k

    12k on s50 swap
    8k+ on suspension and brakes etc
    10k on audio/ice

    So much more too. And this doesnt include all my other parts.

    I am at just over 7k.

    Pretty much touched on everything expect for engine, body, paint, headliner.

    changed dash x2
    seats, steering wheel
    headlights
    installed bilstein sports and gc coilovers and gc camber plates.
    new control arms, and m3 offset bushings.
    new belts, hoses, radiator, waterpump and tstat, plugs, cap,rotor
    upgraded brakes front and rear to 325i vented front brakes, and rear disk brakes, along with new brake lines front and rear and new 325e/i non abs mc.
    new clutch kit, and both cylinders
    new shifter bushings and related components
    engine and tranny mounts
    installed 3.73lsd, got e36 rack waiting for install
    14" weaves and rt615 tires.
    plastic bumper swap, valance swap
    plus about 100 other various items such as door handles, trim items, lip etc etc.

    Need about 10k to go for an engine swap, wheels, bbk, body/paint work.

    $6500 in parts not including my bmp rs1 body kit, navigation, or the stroker motor im putting together. Total should be arond 10k by this time next year. I hope to have the car finished for under 15K.
