    stolen e30 "is" lip spoiler

Hey I live in the beaverton/portland OR metro area. Sometime last night My lip spoiler was taken off my car. I had spray painted it gloss black with duplicolor auto paint and there are some scuffs on the bottom from scraping. I know there are probably a dozen black e30s with lip spoilers in this area. If you live in the beaverton, OR area and have seen something either on craigslist being sold or anything suspicious please feel free to let me know. It baffles me how some people can feel good about stealing. Its so disappointing. I appreciate all the help I can get. Thanks everyone.

Black 89 325i right? The lip was spray painted? Joe Funk stole it, he was just telling me about it.

Sucks about the lip being stolen. That's lame. And one of my fears.

Damn... finding an "is" lip for a decent price, (what) $85 - $90? buying a new one $140? getting one through either of the above and then having it jacked, priceless. I still haven't obtained one for this exact reason...

Actually no, procrastination, money, priorities and all that BS... Put a chip in your next one.

If it did in fact get jacked then its highly unlikely that they would be trying to sell it .
Most likely on their late model right now .
Thats the down side, well one of many at least, of living in the heavily e30 populated PNW .

Bumblebeemer , I would be afraid to go anywhere near your crusty valance . :p

Bummer. Put a 1/4" bolt at each end with welded on nuts next time.

I'm surprised no one has reported missing headlights etc. since they're so easy to remove...
