You guys aren't real perceptive, are you? It's obviously some type of test mule. Notice that it's on a surface of pretty nasty looking snow and ice, the hood is a temporary panel just used for mounting the light pod, there's a Passat support car behind it, and it appears where it's parked is probably a refueling station at a test track or something. They're probably doing some kind of bad weather testing with it, and the light pod is just for added visibility.

I agree that the veyron is kinda ugly, it's a pig, it's disgusting.. but would any of you really turn down a chance to ride in one, much less drive one? the top gear episode where they topped one out was amazing, I can't imagine what that would be like to do yourself.

I've watched that episode a dozen times, it still gives me chills. It must be god-like to drive that fast.

I seriously doubt that anyone who would buy that car is concerned about how well it drives in the snow, rain, hale, sleet, whatever. That car will never see a non perfect day on the road. Just some engineers excuse to drive the car. Sounds like something i'd tell my boss.
