Wow, that looks pretty nasty. I'm glad you made it out with only minor injuries. You should be able to part it out for a hefty profit I'd assume.

A bit late on chiming in here. Your car is a sad site.....but I'm glad to see that you were able to walk away with only minor injury.

Take it easy and get well soon.

                      man i just rememberd...

last year, infront of my school. some lady blew through a red light and t-boned this lady in a ford taures. she hit this lady, who had just dropped of her daughter at school, and killed her. she only hit goin about 50mph... but she killed her. she was driving an rx-300. it dented the bumper of the rx-300 and absolutly destroyed the taures. i happened to see the aftermath, as i came to school late that day. the taureses driverside door was sitting in the passenger seat.

score for e30 structural integrity... and poor lady in teh taures. (wrecks really get under my skin now)

                        Fscking cellphones !

I just drove through LA and it made me realize how much I hate cellphones. I hate LA too.

Glad you're doing okay. And it doesn't look like you totalled it, rather the A-hole totalled it for you.

I think my luck is the rigidity of an 4 door E30
that pillar has broken the impact

btw I was hit by an Nissan Sunny sedan that's pretty much lighter as an RX-300
thank god it was only a Nissan

I was thinkin that exact thing - that that B Piller in between the doors took lots of the blow. In a two door, less of the impact would have been felt by the B piller.

Too bad about your car, but it's good to hear you're alright. I hope you get all the moeny out of it you need, so you can get another E30 to replace the one you lost becuase of some dumbass on a cell phone.

That's the first thing I thought when I saw the pictures. "Thank god it was a 4-door" :) ;) No seriously, I think injuries would have been much worse had it been a 2-door.

Good luck with the nose, buddy. :D

but the worst of the story is that my ins. company won't give my car back

they propose a public sale wich make the wreck price a lot higher
