SO DAMN GROSS,
back on topic shall we?
and the truest of them all is:When complimenting another BMW, you get strange looks cause your referring to it as an eXX.
hahahahaahahahahaha! If it ain't broke, don't fix it. If its broke, don't fix it until the car won't run
R3V - you spend most of your day looking for cheap "mods" or fixes for your non running E30, eagerly anticipationg the next time you get to drive it!Comment

so true...
and the beating the plows -- not just ix, every e30 i've had was a blast in the snow
- people say, "the snow 4times deeper than your car's ground clearance, would you like a ride home in our SUV?" and you reply "no, would you like a ride around the block? and are there any sweeping curves close to here?"
- you mock people who think FWD cars are better in the snow
- you have so many e30 parts in your garage that you want to pick up a stock e30 just to have fun decking it out
- your garage has more car parts in it than anything else
- multiple times your e30 has broken down on you and your only cost was towing to get it back to your garage or the added gas costs to hitch a ride so you can fix it on the side of the road to your garage to pick up a spare part you've been hording
- with the exception of an isolated winding road in your e30, you'd rather spend time in your garage with your e30 (or in your e30) than outside of it with other humans
- you prefer an engine to look like an engine, not a big shiny plastic block under the hood
- when shopping for upgrades "non-power", "delete", and "manual" are key search words
so true about the inside the trunk or hood pictures
- you don't give a flying fuck what people think about you/your e30, even though "showing off" is something you do best, until you learn what getting flamed is
- style
most newer BMW owners:
- fashion
- popularity is a factor in all of your automotive "tuning" decisions
- if it wasn't for the fact that your car calls in and alerts the stealership all on it's own whenever it needs an oil change or some type of service, you would have no clue that your car requires anything
- you like the Bangled cars that look like they're designed by an asian
- you think "class" can be bought
- your grabbing your ankles for the local police department when the e30 owner, who was trying to keep up just to get a better look at your car, was passed without a second glance by the cop who was heeting you
- you don't give a fuck about the release of the 1 series
e30 enthusiast:
- you secretly dream that this problem can be solved by buying yourself another e30 but claiming it is for her when in reality you are just wanting to tune another e30 in a different way/styleLast edited by LEANE30; 01-09-2008, 07:26 PM.Comment

- Your BRAKE LINING light is on because you replaced your pads/rotors but you didn't replace the sensor- Your oil service indicator is pegged to the right in the red
- Your BRAKE LINING light is on because you replaced your pads/rotors but you didn't replace the sensor
- Your SRS light is blinking, or you replaced your airbag model E30's check panel with a non airbag model's.
- Your SRS light is blinking as a result of something someone told you to do on R3V.
take your old ones, cut the wires, solder them togeather, put on a little heat shrink, and the tie them out of the way, and you will never have to worry about the light again...
and just buy the peak tool, that will reset your oil service light, and read engin fault codes...
peak also has a tool for the airbag, that will reset it, and read fault codes, but unfortinatly i font have that one.Comment
