Overpay the ticket. When they send you a refund check, do not cash it. This case will remain open until you cash the refund check.

Or just get a lawyer, most traffic attorneys now-a-days delay the case until the office could not possibly have a clear recollection of events. This is how they win.

Over here what you do when you loose your license is just say to the cop you dont have your drivers licence on you and you left it at home. Then the officer asks what your name is and your date of birth and the city you were born in and you just memorize a friends name, date of birth, and city of birth and tell them that, they will call it in and they let you off. Easy as pie, i have known of it happening more than once.

Im sure if you get caught doing it you will get fucked over, but i have never heard of it failing.

I once got let off because I told the officer I was on my home during lunch at school and I had to shit REALLY bad. He laughed at me and told me not to speed on the way home and not to make a mess in my car.
