at times i wish there were cupholders in my e28... but then it would kind of go against what it was built for, so i just stomp the gas and forget about being thirsty ;)

I do the wedge thing too. Seems to work. Remember, the Germans don't give a shit about cupholders because driving is like more of a thing they appreciate over there. Like, maybe focus on it because people around you may fly by in a Ruf....

I wedge drinks between the console and the passenger seat, and use the seatbelt receiver for balance. But looks like a nice setup you built there. :D

Word. I need to put the ebrake console back in my 89 for this reason alone!
