Yeah I don't think you can suppose to know how "valuable" someone's life is to society just because they made a dumb decision driving a car. Granted, it was more than just rolling through a stop sign, but it still boils down to 500 hp + alcohol + youth = oops!

If your dad had an m5 and offered you to drive it, would you? Yes. So what's this kid done wrong? He drank alcohol and drove recklessly. That's something that many, many people have done.
