Some new pics since the last time I posted (pretty much right after I moved in).

Much better now since I cleaned out a lot of shit, all the crap that was on the shelves is all in my storage shed now (mostly my wife's shit). I'm also going to build a bench on that wall next to the toolboxes, it's nice with those 2 2x4's already mounted on the wall.

Josh: make sure you get a vice on the table. Never know when you'll need one.

Cover needs to come off of the Corvette. And is that a Vega in the corner?

Vettes not done yet. It's a 69 convertble delete, Silver with a gunmetal int. 350 4speed car. That's my Vega project. I got a nice little 383 for it.

Thanks. And I keep it that way. When you've been a gearhead for the last 6-7 years, and never had your own garage until a little over a year ago, you keep it clean. Lots of light in the daytime too, with that door being mostly glass and the overhead door open. I need to put some lights on the ceiling though, the ballast in the fixture that was in there died, and replacing it was more than the fixture itself.

soo much stuff that doesnt belong in a garage! but more important... needs more lights!

i think the best garages are the ones with TONS of lighting.

I don't know why it came out like that. It is brighter in real life. That garage don't see any dusty work. Mostly used for car storage or small work.

                                Heres my garage right now:

My toolbox (yes, its rediculous but necessary, its totally full!)

Its a work in progress... starting from the ground-up (literally!)
It will be a 2400sq ft garage with 2 lifts to start, then a total of 3-4 when complete. Forklift, 80gal compressor, tig welder, lathe, ABS fab room, office with 50" tv/couch/fridge/stereo/ect. Metal Halide lights and skylights, running 240v single phase power with solar power panels covering half the roof to turn the meter backwards when I don't consume all the power (my dad owned a solar power company so I am getting hooked up cheap on that part). I can hardly wait to have the shop up and running!! 4-6 weeks and it will all be done though so I can wait..
Nice garages guys! I am getting inspiration and ideas for mine as I see all of yours. Keep em comming!
