I bought this place because I don't have an HOA. Dealt with HOA BS enough in the past to never want to do it again. And it's honestly not as trashy as it looks I'm going to revisit the aesthetics of cooling the garage soon though.

you can see some of it, really it's my dad's. 2000 sq. ft., putting in the lift in a couple weeks or so. has a meat processing area, a woodshop, there's one spot that has dual purpose for painting/storing cars, upstairs has parts storage, i'll get some good pics next time i'm out.

Oh and the orange 65 is mine, the green 75 is my younger brothers.
