E36 M3 engine in an E30?

I was toying with the idea.... is it possible? If you were to get a manual tranny from the same M3 would it fit? Check out this engine...

that is an s52.. Isnt that the "you must work at bmw's DME headquarters to be able to wire and work correctly" motor? Sweet price though. 1800 for a complete s52 with computer harness and all. not that much more than an m50. Id like to see an s52 swap, or s54 for that matter.. doesnt anyone make remote brake cylinders so the throttles can clear?
