If it's anything like the last C-Class it will be boring to drive and spend lots of time in the shop for annoying little things. I heard from a little birdie that Merc's quality control has improved since ~2005. Time will tell.

It is nothing like the previous gen. I had one for a few months between the cabbie and the LC and even though it was a C32 AMG it was not great.

I had extensive time behind the wheel of an 08 and it is night & day.

Ive driven the CLK DTM AMG :) one of the best experiences in my life! Also various other super-cars, one of my favs was the SL65 AMG though, that's just total class

really the CLS merc has been the best looking thing to come from them in forever. mho. im not big on mercedes but who wouldnt take a brabus bi-turbo v12 CLS? its just the style and look i think is classy.
