    Top speed in a cabrio?

just wondering how fast you can run before your top blows off? :) That is if you have your top up and the windows down.

Also what do you need to buy to convert the power top to a manual?

A buddy of mine has a radar gun (his dad's a cop) and he clocked me at an indicated 115 in my 325i, but it was actually 105. So your 120 that you guys claim is probably more around the 110 area, give or take.

LoL...they don't blow off....Many times I took my MX-5 Miata up to an indicated 127mph.

Yesterday I was on a highway in Malaysia with the top down, so I opened up the 3.0L and reached 200Km/h at 5000rpm.....ran outta road unfortunately. With the top down it's much more fun.

                      I have done about 120.

I will tell ya a funny story one day I had the hard top on the car I didnt have time to lock it in in the back which i dont often because in the spring, when it pours for two days and its sunny for two days I hate spending time locking the mofo..

well back to the story so im cruising down the high way middle lane when two E46s fly past me, i said awww fuck it and went after them it was about 4am or so......so we are just going at it and then i just floor it, 100 they are there 105 they are there, 110 they back off.

Then I hear a sudden rush of air and it was the rear portion of my hardtop! it lifted! i had to pull over and set it in the holes properly. =( but it was kinda of funny though.

So there that is once instance of how I blew the top off my car.
