128mph then the rev limiter cut in at 6800rpm - not bad from a chipped 2litre convertible uses the fuel like it's going out of fasion though. How much do you guys pay for a litre????. In England it's currently at 84.9p a litre

Here in the U.S. 1 Gallon (US) equals 3.78541 Liters and 1 U.S. Dollar equals .5428 GBP. I just paid $2.39 a gallon yesterday for premium unleaded (91 octane). If my calculator is correct, that equals to approximately .34 GBP/litre or 34p a litre.

UK is notorious for outrageous prices.......something Americans can appreciate instead of moaning every time the fuel prices go up US$0.10-US$0.20.

I pay appx US$0.80 per litre and when I had my 2.0L engine it also amazed me how thirsty it was.........I haven't taken actual measurements but I'm sure my 3.0L gets the same mpg as the 2.0L

BTW, great lookin cab BlueBMcon....that's one of my fav colors for the cab ;)

Now either that's purely psychological, your 2 litre had serious issues, or you are being a waffleswaffleswaffleswaffleswaffles on that gas pedal.

How ripped of are the English - especially when it comes to having the finer things in life, by the way what's the score with those bumpers you got on there. We don't have any thing like that in England?Where they only made for the American market?

Those are the dreaded surfboards DOT mandated 5mph bumpers I don't know if we were alone in getting them but I know I prefer yours by far from an aesthetic perspective!

However they do come in handy in L.A. (or Mexico City)!

                    lol

Your car is gorgeous! as an aside!

                    Cheers!

May be i should look into an export business of E30 bumpers but going by the taxes in this country it would murder any potential buyers pocket big time!!!!!!!!!!!!!
