E30's in the movies!

saw a movie about a kid being kidnapped or something, an E30 was one of the main vehicles used.
they trashed a e30 on Trigger Happy Tv pretending to run a parking lot
in Saving silverman, i thought Darren drove a Vespa? and Judith drove a 328

Pretty sure its an E28 in Mothman Prophecies.

There is Mitch's car in Old School, but 2 scenes also show early model E30's in the backgrounds.

There was also an episode of Fresh Prince of Belair with a bronzit E30 cabrio :)

I think I saw one in Tomorrow Never Dies. Forgot the color, but I think it is in the scene of the chase when Bond is in the tank.

there was a closeup of two E30s in Goodbye Lenin, one of which was an mtech 1.. of course it's a german film so that makes sense. :P

I'm not sure about the movies but on TV, on an episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Giles got an E30 convertible (red I think). They had Michelle Trachtenberg (Buffy's sister Dawn) sitting (buckled in) in the middle of the back seat, which of course is impossible, or rather unusually uncomfortable.

except the car was never an M5 in the first place, it was a pretty basic 5 series.

Yea man, i spot e30s in movies all the time. Usually in the background only for a second or two, but im just that weird to pick out cars like that. Mainly most have been said, but today I was watching the karate kid and there was a black early e30 coupe in one scene. I was watching one movie on a boring saturday morning that had to deal with a getaway scene and the "head guy" needed to find a driver, and he was showing him the car he was going to drive. Red e30 m3 with sparco bar (lifted the hood). But they knew nothing about the car. He said it was a "new model" with a 240 hp v6 engine. I mean come on who writes these things?

what about The Bourne Identity? there are bimmers everywhere in that movie. mostly during the big chase scene with the mini. the cops motorcycles are even bmws.
