I know a guy that's got one of those new Toyota Corlolla S's. He lowered it and put some sweet rims on it, and it actually looks damn good, the factory body kit is pretty nice.
And the car is no slouch, either. It's a pretty quick little car.

yeah, my friend's brother has one of them. They look pretty nice for a Corolla; the body-kit is tasteful.

Beware of the Honda Odessey. I had to launch my car pretty hard to make sure I didn't embarass myself when my friend barrowed his mom's van.

but greg, what % of the people that bag on FWD cars can actually drive them well enough to realize the limitations of the drive layout?

Toyota needs to drop that 170 hp motor into the Scion xB shoebox, I'd rock that as a daily driver.

                  fast grocery getters

haha I know exactly what you guys mean. My dad just picked up an '03 Maxima sportin 255 HP. Here's me thats always had the sporty beemers and benzes and he can smoke me in his commuter car. Even my mom's '02 Hondy Odyssey minivan has something like 240 horseys and hauls ass.

...oh, but they are no BMW's. I rest my case.

Fo shizzle. Pretty good looking for an econobox, literally.

Rob, anyone can experience torque steer in a FWD car. Its even more fun when you get wheel hop up there.

And to have that much power in a front wheel-drive family car is ridiculous. Most of the people who drive them are 45 year-old bitches. Honda gives them 240hp so that they can win comparison tests in magazines.
