sweet, my ix had 75k on it whe i got it in 2000. One thing you should do is get some h and r sports, and maybe bilstein hd's. I'd recommend that to anyone thats not going to be driving in really high snow. blizzaks are the shit on ix's i have some for mine and they work great. my car does better than our four runner. it got stuck and i drove straight through.
Bought the 1989 325ix tonight

Thanks Kris, I've been looking for an ix for 3 years now. There was only one I was interested in that was selling for $3,000 from a bank. Car had 69,000 miles on it. Sold the first day it was advertised. I saw the advertisement a week after it came out.Originally posted by bimmerphileI'd like to see where you guys can find comparable iX's for cheaper.

Every other ix I've seen has had an incredible amount of miles on it and had a ton of problems that would need to be addressed.Current BMW's:
2004 330Ci
1986 European 325i cabrio
1986 735i
Previous BMW's:
1989 325is RIP
1989 325iX RIP
2001 740iL RIPComment
