Buying a momo wheel for a video game? i just don't get it.

That's pretty badass. But, I guess the time and money spent on that, I think, would be better spent on a real car that you get "real" enjoyment out of. I'd get so bored of that game so fast...lol

I should of explained that i built this for others to enjoy, and quite frequently a bunch of us would try and outdrive each other on the sim, while drinking..and it can turn into a pretty humorous event.

When I have a bunch of people at the house, its a blast, otherwise yes I would be driving my car.

This is also built for the e30picnic Saturday party that I host every year.

My only question is how you interface the pc to the vehicle controls ie horn, ebrake, etc

The Tachometer is interfaced via a simconbase

And the horn, ebrake etc, are ran through a series of relays (to turn on lights and such) and also interfaced with a I-PAC VE

The tach is off and no speedo? Come on, you're better then that. ;)

Can't work with the speedo yet, waiting for Beta Innovations to release the interfaces for that.

The tach as it climbs the sweep is more accurate (where it matters)
